COMMUNITY

Community (reaching out) suggests both genuine fellowship within our church family and an open door to those around us. As members of one body, we seek to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:3).  As a light in our community, we are a place of peace for those in chaos, a place of forgiveness for the guilty, and a place of hope for the hopeless.

BIBLE

Bible (digging deep) reveals to us God’s gracious plan of salvation through the gospel of Jesus Christ.  We teach that the scriptures are perfect, which makes them trustworthy, right, pure, and sufficient for every situation. It so powerful and comprehensive that it can transform the entire person.  It is the well from which we may draw divine wisdom (Psalm 19:7–9).  You'll find that His Word—handled with grace and truth—is the common thread that runs through every ministry and expression of worship here.

CHURCH

Church (looking up) helps us remember that we belong to Christ.  We are His Church.  While "Community" and "Bible" were our choice in defining who we are, "Church" was mandated by God for the believers—as revealed in His Word, “to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ” (Eph. 4:12). As such, our journey has been charted by God; our destiny has been planned by God; our members have been chosen by God; our purposes have been defined by God.
